Class Offerings

Kickboxing
​Learn offensive and defensive Kickboxing techniques.  We offer this class 7 days per week. 
All experience and fitness levels welcome.
Submission grappling
Learn the art of ground fighting.  We offer this class 7 days per week.  All experience and fitness levels welcome.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
Combine Kickboxing & Submission Grappling for a well rounded skill set.  Membership required to take this class.

​Ninja Girls (Ages 6 to 12) -
Our Ninja Girls program covers training in all ranges of Martial Arts (striking, close range and the ground).  Participants in this class learn valuable self defense skills while gaining confidence, self discipline, making friends and burning energy.
Teen Training (Ages 12 to 17)-
Our teen program covers training in all ranges of Martial Arts (striking, close range and the ground).  Let us help your teenager gain confidence, self discipline and self defense skills in and fun and safe environment.
All Gender Classes -
Kickboxing, Submission Grappling & Youth (Ninja Kids) Classes.  Offered Sunday's.  All Genders Welcome.
CombatFIT -
This Non Contact conditioning class is a great all body work out.  Offered for new participants online only.
